Private-pay practice

Payment is due at the time of service

The Healing Redemption is a private-pay massage therapy practice. We do not bill insurance companies directly, accept assignment of benefits, or wait for an insurance claim to be processed before collecting payment. Clients are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time services are provided.

Documentation we can provide

Upon request, The Healing Redemption can provide an itemized receipt or superbill containing available information that may be needed for a client to submit a claim for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Documentation may include:

  • Client and service information
  • Date of service and amount paid
  • Anthony Bolognini’s professional license information
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI), when applicable

Your insurance coverage

Insurance benefits vary by plan. Providing an itemized receipt or superbill does not guarantee that an insurance company will reimburse any portion of the service.

Before booking, clients who plan to seek reimbursement should contact their insurance company to confirm whether out-of-network massage therapy is covered and whether a referral, prescription, diagnosis, prior authorization, or other documentation is required.

Client responsibility: The client is responsible for verifying benefits, submitting all claims, responding to insurer requests, and paying all fees regardless of whether reimbursement is approved, reduced, or denied.
